Imaging and Enterprise Printing
QTC is the largest private provider of government-outsourced occupational health and disability examination services in the nation. With a more than 30-year history marked by a focus on delivering technology-driven examination solutions for customers.
The company currently employs more than 1,000 experienced clinical, corporate and operational associates including: case technicians, case coordinators, quality assurance specialist, and operations managers located within regional offices, 60 company-owned clinic and military facilities. QTC administers examinations for Government/DoD programs, third party administrators, major corporate employers and private insurance companies.
QTC providers increasingly need better tools to review medical records in a more efficient manner. Also, medical information must be protected with security methods to track and limit to only those individuals required. QTC will leverage external vendors to print and fulfill packages sent to Examinees, which will save the company millions of dollars, making a huge positive impact on the company's finance.
This project will enhance the Atalasoft File Viewer and windows service utilizing optical character recognition (OCR) and text searching, and create a new Enterprise Printing solution that will capture and deploy print packages to a commercial vendor where the packages are printed, fulfilled, and delivered. Lastly, a standalone web-based scanning tool will be created enabling users to scan, edit, save and upload files to replace Adobe Acrobat.
