Mirage is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to streamline daily workflows, providing a unified user interface for accessing various resources and tools within Microsoft Teams. By integrating two existing PowerApps—PDGo and PDHelpDesk—Anya enables users to manage a range of tasks with simple, conversational commands.

Anya allows users to submit HelpDesk tickets, request time off, retrieve contact information, and quickly access specific links and updates, all within a single, centralized platform. Instead of navigating multiple applications or interfaces, users interact with Anya by typing phrases or commands that automatically generate relevant actions and resources. For example, to request time off, a user can simply ask Anya, which will provide the necessary forms or links. Likewise, team members needing SharePoint content or organizational updates receive the correct resources instantly, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks and improving overall efficiency.

By consolidating these essential functions into a single, AI-driven interface, Anya enhances the user experience, making routine tasks more intuitive and accessible. This powerful virtual assistant is a quick, responsive gateway to key resources and services within the familiar Teams environment, creating a seamless experience for all users.
