Referral ERRA Trending Analysis Tool (RE-TAT)
DESCRIPTION
QTC is the largest provider of government-outsourced occupational health and disability examination services in the nation.
The purpose of our project is to create a Trending Analysis website for QTC operational use. Our Trending Analysis Tool is called Referral and ERRA Trending Analysis Tool (RE-TAT). This Trending Analysis Tool will compare the data from ERRA, weekly provider zip code report, and historical referral data to analyze trends in the data-set that will allow QTC to identify claimant areas that are close or far away from their providers and help them understand when and where were their referrals assigned. This tool also determines what health services local providers offer within the region. This will allow QTC Management work with their clients and their Operations team to ensure there is a better balance in their overall operations.
RE-TAT includes the following features:
- RE-TAT checks for referrals assigned to referrals received
- RE-TAT provides comparison data of referrals.
- RE-TAT find providers where referrals are assigned.
- If no providers available in the selected area radius, RE-TAT will provide the closest provider.
- RE-TAT allows users to verify health coverage within an area.
- RE-TAT allows users to search and identify health services within a region.
The overall features are to help QTC filter their large data in a meaningful way. These features will help QTC managers make better decisions for their patients and maximize their productivity. Therefore, RE-TAT will allow the user to broaden or narrow the result down based on the user's need.
